Prior Notice Strike

Dockworkers will notice a prior alert strike as a means of pressure. from “the uncertian situation” that they are facing. Last Wednesday the Dockworkers Union´s expressed that way in social networks.

Working colectives agreements will expire next Monday and there isn´t a new framework agreement. Negotiation is stopped until it cames out the normative development stowage reform. There is a time limbo´s where it will be imposible for logistics operators to know wich part of the colectives agreements will be current and wich ones derrogated by the Royal Decree. Dockworkers coordinator ask for the normative development Royal Decree aprovation and a year plus to negociate the new agreements with the agents.

Next week dockworkers will inform in a press conference about the stoppages duration and the strike date. Some information sources said that 22th and 29th May and 5th Juny are been considerated. Three consecutive Tuesday.
